When will my order arrive?
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times to all major destinations are 3 – 15 days. We also provide Expedited Shipping options for most items, with delivery within 3 to 15 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
Easy 30-Day Returns
HONG KONG STAR UNION LIMITED is committed to your total satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund of the product price and any associated tax within 30 days of receiving the item(s). For exchanges or store credit, all returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original tags and stickers attached. Items that are deemed worn, used, dirty or with missing tags will be returned to the purchaser at their cost, and no refund will be issued.
Women’s swimwear is eligible for return only if the sanitary liner remains intact. Underwear, customized and personalized items are non-returnable.
Since the customer is responsible for any lost return shipments, please ensure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for your return.
